Your plugin, DW Reactions Pro – WordPress Plugin, seems to fit the need but before purchasing it, I am writing to ask you if along with the emoticon images it is possible to add text to identify the reaction.
I hope to receive a response from you soon so that I can purchase and integrate it next week.

DominicCurrently, the plugin does not support showing the text next to the emoticon images. However, we can help you custom the plugin to show the Text you mention here.
You can send me the username & password of your site for further checking and help you custom it.
