What is the tags page shortode?

Hi,
I have use script for our website, and when i click on tags (in single question) it’s redirected to default wordpress archive.php page not DWQA page.
In settings Question List Page is page with shortcode.

I also tried with default wordpress themes.

I have checked your site. I saw you have remove the Tags section in the Submit question page. I have tried display the Tags section but I can not do it because it’s issue with the permission.
You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information.

I fixed it.Can’t change permissions.you can see tags in sticky question.
